Belle Creations reserves the right to change our trading terms and pricing.
Returns Policy
Belle Creations, at its discretion, will perform one of the following actions when an item is returned:
- Issue a credit note for the value of the purchase price of the item
- Replace the item and return the replacement (replacement is subject to item availability)
Execution of one of the above actions is subject to the following conditions:
1. The item was purchased from Belle Creations either directly or from one of its authorized Sales Agents;
2. And, the item has been returned and received by Belle Creations within the following time frames:
a. 7 days of the date of the Belle Creations’ Invoice that the item belongs to; or
b. 30 days of the date of sale to a third-party where the date of sale is within 6 months of the date of the Belle Creations’ Invoice that the item belongs to. A sales receipt identifying the item and the date of sale must accompany the return; and, the item is considered by Belle Creations to be defective, that is, caused by defective manufacturing workmanship and/or defective materials that constitute the item.
c. Please note we will not credit or replace items if:
- You simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
- There is any evidence of physical damage or negligence to the product, which automatically voids any warranty covering the supplied product.
