What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not except American Express, Dinners Club or echeques
How do I return / exchange an item?
Returns are to be within 7 days of the date of the Belle Creations Invoice and the item is in new, un-worn & un-used condition.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of invoice date receipt supplied. Shipping fees will be credited for manufactures faults only. Goods that have been worn, used, soiled in anyway will not be exchanged.
We will not credit or replace items if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We only replace or credit an item if there is manufactures fault.

Are there any additional charges, duties or taxes?
Not within Australia. If you are ordering from outside Australia there may be taxes levied on your order, consistent with that country's tax structure, however all Australian sales taxes will be removed.

International shipping is available at a flat rate of $25 when buying at retail prices.
Items are shipped via Australia Post Air or Sea Mail. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date for international orders.

Are your wallets and clutch bags all made of leather?
Nearly all wallets and clutch bags are made of quality leather. We do have a few PU wallets and clutch bags.
What are the delivery costs and how long does it take?
Shipping is free for retail customers Australia-wide, and takes 3-5 working days.
International shipping is available at a flat rate of $25 when buying at retail prices. All prices and charges are in Australian Dollars. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date for international orders.
